Star Valley Football game

Max and I rode over to Afton Wyoming to see Bryces game last friday. What a beautiful ride. All the fall colors and a fire up a canyon as we drove down into the valley. It had been a long time since I had even headed in that direction. I remember going up Crow Creek to go hunting with Chris's Aunt Lori and Uncle Mike and the Days before Chris was ever born.
Bryce got to play as a defensive end. Dallen Bills' back was giving him fits and he went out. Bryce did very well. His Dad watches his every move and was pretty proud of his filling that position. Bryce admitted he was nervous but he did very well. The game was tied at the end of the 4rth qtr and they did that goofy Kansas City playoff thing. The StarValley braves took 10 downs and finally got a toucdown and the point after. We had only our and it went right to a Star Valley players hands. I am counting on Max or Bryce to give you a more accurate account of the last play. What can I say...I am a girl.

(Star Valley got the ball first and we were called for two different Pass Interference penalties. Each time they got a first and goal. On their 10th play from scrimmage they scored. We were flagged for holding on our first play from scrimmage resulting in a 1st and goal rom the 20. We still should have scored and can't blame the refs for the loss.) Max

We stopped over to Mom's and Dad's on the way home. We tried to catch Brock, Kathy, and the kids but They left and went to the Circus in Salt Lake. I remember taking Chris. That was sooo fun. Shucks I want to go. Anyway, when we got to Mom and Dad's, we had some blueberry pie and I looked over at my dad and he had a large cookie in his pocket. I LOOKED twice and went what the heck does he have a cookie in his pocket for?? I said dad do you always carry your cookies in your pocket?? We all laughed and Mom especially laughed. She hadn't seen it. He said he carried them in his pockets so he wouldn't have to come CLEAR back tothe house for a snack. That was so cute!!

Marsh Valley Homecoming

Marsh Valley 42- Teton 14
It was Homecoming week last week for Bryce and for Marsh Valley! I think by sunday he was pooped and so were Max and I. He is the Senior Class President this year and he decorated for the Homecoming dance besides The Football game and a dinner here at our house before the dance. He had 5 couples here, but only 4 ate. He had an exchange student from Indonesia here ,who is staying with the Hunt Family and his date was Chelsea Vaughn. He was very gracious and told us what a beautiful home we had. Aaaron Brown and his date, Jordyn Koval, Dallon Gunter and his GF, Jeff Helmandollar and Kimi Hansen, and Bryce took Valerie Mix. The girls went over to Kovals to dress afterwards and the boys dressed here. Of course, we made them do our 2 time traditional stud Muffin pose on the stairs . They will all be Male Models someday.
Max and I made Chicken Cordon Bleu, Dutch oven potatoes, Cherry Cheese cake, Slush punch and Aarons' mom brought over some great Homemade rolls. Someone at church the next day told me the chicken was to die for so it must have gone over ok. Its fun to have the kids here but we will both admit we worked all day long and were beat. I think I have convinced max this is the closest thing we will get to Him having a restaurant .We both love to cook but somehow neither of our sets of FEET like it!!! grin It was fun!

So I can't believe summer is coming to an end. It flew by! Tony and I will celebrate our third wedding anniversary this month. Marriage has been everything I always dreamed of. He truely is my very best friend and every bump in the road makes us even closer. He just had his five year anniversary with Rosauers and we are hoping for another promotion and hopefully a move in the near future. Addi is growing like a weed, and the other day a woman asked her if she was starting Kindergarten. Addi told her "yes". I said, no she is two. Notice the diaper and lack of vocabulary. :o) Addi has learned to love the great outdoors like her parents and is quite the little hiker. She is a huge fan of Dora the Explorer and loves to sing the Itsy Bitsy Spider. We love you all and hope life is great! Oh yeah, Happy Football season! Go Steelers!

Lost cell phone

Max just got his phone replaced that he lost on our trip so call him and he can add your number again.

This week is Homecoming and I do believe we have fall. Chris got engaged last weekend as you can see and The Harley had a surprise rider the weekend before. Tony and Brandi are expecting and we thank The Awesome one upstairs for a family miracle. wE WERE ALMOST GOING TO BE ABLE TO HAVE TONY, BRANDI AND ADDI CAMP WITH US FOR THE GAME BUT IT DIDN'T WORK OUT. Hopefully they can hit here for the Homecoming game. Molly turned "54" on August 29 andI know she loved that I am telling you this but I was NOT invited to her party SO take that!!!
